What is Bulgogi?
Bulgogi translates to “fire meat” — and it’s exactly as flavorful as it sounds. Traditionally made with thin slices of beef sirloin or ribeye, it’s marinated in a mix of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, and pear puree, then grilled or pan-cooked until tender, caramelized, and juicy.

Our house-made marinade includes fresh garlic, ginger, and Asian pear for natural sweetness and depth
